Paul and Ivy Beardslee Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student graduating from Bryan County High School who plans to major in information systems. Bryan County High School graduates who plan to major in accounting, computer science, economics, finance, information technology, logistics, management, or marketing may also be considered. Selection is based upon academic record, relevant extracurricular activities, and potential for success in the major.

 

Information Systems Faculty Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a freshman student with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (minimum composite ACT score of 27) who is majoring in pre-business or information systems. Selection is based upon academic record, relevant extracurricular activities, and potential for success.

 

H.C. and Zelma Bland Scholarship

Award: $550, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is graduating from Portal High School. Selection is based upon financial need, academic accomplishment, and citizenship.

 

William Russell Wilkes Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is graduating from Alexander High School. Selection is based upon academic record, extracurricular activities, and athletics.

 

Doris Niblett Scholarship

Award: $550, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is graduating from Treutlen County High School and has a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Curtis G. Hames Nursing Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student from Georgia with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (minimum composite ACT score of 27) and is majoring in nursing.

 

Dale Eric Sundholm Scholarship

Applicant must be a student pursuing an engineering degree from Georgia Tech through the Georgia Tech Regional Engineering Program (GTREP) or the Regents Engineering Transfer Program (RETP). Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (minimum composite ACT score of 27), and a minimum SAT Math score of 560.

 

Bruno/Piggly Wiggly Southern Employee Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student from the state of Georgia or Aiken, South Carolina. Preference is given to company employees and their children.

 

Hugh E. Darley Sr. Technology Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student with a minimum 2.5 GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (minimum composite ACT score of 27). Applicant must be majoring in technology with a strong emphasis in design.
