Applicant must attend a four year college or university and must hold a valid driver's license.

Award is for a 10-week summer field placement, during which the recipient will participate in a union organizing campaign in one of several locations across the United States.

Award also includes a $4,000 stipend, on-site housing, and orientation and training.
