Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is Black/African-American, Hispanic, or Native American and intending to make atmospheric science a career. Selection is based upon academic ability. Transcripts, standardized test scores, and letter of recommendation required.
Award is per year for two years; $6,000 total.
