Applicant must be in good academic standing and be in need financial aid. FAFSA and State Farm paperwork are required in addition to application that must be submitted to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA and progress towards graduation.
