Applicants must be third- or fourth-year students enrolled at an accredited four-year institution of higher learning and working towards the Bachelor of Science (BS) in aviation management or professional piloting, or must be second-year A&P mechanic students enrolled in an accredited two-year program. They must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Selection is based on academic achievement, recommendation letters, extracurricular activities, leadership skills and financial need.
