Applicant must have a minimum secondary school grade average of 87, a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100, be interviewed, and submit an essay and two letters of recommendation.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA after freshman year and a minimum 3.25 GPA thereafter.
