Applicant must be a resident of Arkansas, and a Arkansas Distinguished Governor's Scholarship recipient.
Renewable up to four years (five years for architecture majors and MAT students) if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and completes 30 credit hours by the end of spring semester of each academic year.
