Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 26 (combined SAT Reasoning score equivalent), demonstrate leadership abilities, and attend Scholarship Day.

Full tuition and room and board.

Recipients must have a minimum 3.6 GPA and earn 30 semester hours per year for renewal.
