Applicant must have completed a minimum of 24 semester hours or one academic year. Minimum 3.25 GPA and demonstration of financial need required.

Renewable if recipient continues to be enrolled in at least 15 credit hours per semester and maintains a minimum 3.0, financial need, and good academic standing.
