Applicant must be a non-traditional student (22 years old or greater, primary caregiver to one or more children, minimum 2.5 GPA, and in the last half of their undergraduate degree at University of Minnesota - Duluth, University of Wisconsin - Superior, or The College of St. Scholastica) with financial need.
Renewable once for up to two years provided a minimum 2.5 GPA is maintained.
