Applicant is selected by the dean of each school and college within the university on the basis of outstanding academic performance and potential. Award is for applicants who demonstrate low or no calculated financial need.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and completes of at least 12 credit hours per semester.
