Applicant must be a high school, college, graduate, or homeschooled student who is a U.S. citizen or legal resident. A 140-character message about digital privacy is required to apply. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists; finalists will be asked to write a full length 500- to 1,000-word essay about digital privacy. Only online applications are accepted.
