Ebell of Los Angeles Scholarship

Applicant must be U.S. citizen, a resident of Los Angeles County, and a registered voter (if 18 years of age or older) who is attending an approved college or university in Los Angeles County for at least 12 units per semester and has a minimum 3.25 GPA. Selection is based upon moral character, scholarship, financial need, citizenship, and leadership.

Renewable if recipient completes at least 12 hours per semester and maintains a minimum 3.25 GPA.
