Applicant must be a FCS graduate student from the United States who participates in international study or an international graduate student who studies family and consumer sciences in the U.S.

Award also includes up to $1,000 of support for one year of AAFCS membership and participation in the AAFCS Annual Conference.

Recipients are invited to reapply, but are not guaranteed funding.
