Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident completing the first year of a university program on a full-time basis. Applicant must be nominated by university.
Restriction of award rotates annually among Quebec universities, Atlantic provinces' universities, Ontario universities, and Western provinces' universities. Award may be used at AUCC-member or AUCC-affiliated universities only.
Award amount is in Canadian dollars.
Renewable up to three years if recipient maintains satisfactory academic progress.
