Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Fellowship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who plans to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies. Preference is given to applicants whose research focus meets the following priority: Africa, East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific, South Asia, the Near East, Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia, or the Western Hemisphere (Central and South America, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean).
