Applicant must demonstrate outstanding academic performance and significant contributions to their school or community.

Award is for four years.

If recipient is a senior, they must maintain a GPA of at least a 3.10 for one semester of first year with a 3.25 GPA thereafter. If recipient is in freshmen, sophomore, or junior standing, they must maintain a GPA of at least a 3.10 for one semester of first year with a 3.20 GPA thereafter.
