Guaranteed Access Grant

Applicant must be a Maryland resident, have a minimum high school cumulative 2.5 GPA, begin college within a year of high school graduation, be under age 22, have a family income below 130% of federal poverty level, plan to attend a Maryland school, and submit an official secondary school transcript.

Renewable up to three years if recipient reapplies and maintains a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
