For $2,000 award: Applicant must graduate from a Petroleum County high school, have a minimum 2.0 high school or minimum 2.5 college GPA, be enrolled full-time, and demonstrate financial need. For $1,000 award: Applicant must graduate from a Garfield County high school, have a minimum 2.0 high school or minimum 2.5 college GPA, be enrolled full-time, and demonstrate financial need.

Four awards at $2,000 and two awards at $1,000.
