Applicant must currently be a sophomore student at the University who has a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and who plans to be a full-time student during the next academic year. Demonstration of leadership and volunteer service to the University will be major considerations in the selection. Official transcript, a two-page essay, and a one-page letter of recommendation are required to be submitted.
Scholarship also includes a service component that provides an additional $1,000 stipend. Recipient will be recognized at the Alumni Association's Spring Awards Banquet.
