Applicant must demonstrate a background in leadership and community activities and have a minimum 3.3 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 24 (combined SAT score of 1110).

Renewable if recipient maintains minimum 3.0 GPA and involvement with minimum activities, leadership program, and student ambassadors.
