National Amputee Golf Association Scholarship

Applicant must be an amputee who is a member of NAGA or the child of an amputee who is a member of NAGA (anatomical loss of a hand or foot at a major joint) and submit grades and a resume. Student aid report denoting financial need must be submitted.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA and submits transcripts.

Awarded when sufficient funds are available.
