Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national enrolled or accepted into an accredited school in the U.S.as a full-time student.

Renewable for up to four years if recipient maintains full-time status and does not repeat coursework.
Recipient must agree to one year of service for each year of support (two-year minimum) providing full-time primary health care in a high-priority Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) in the U.S. at a site assigned by the NHSC.
