OFA Scholarship

Applicant must be under the age of 25 and have spent at least 12 consecutive months prior to their 18th birthday in foster care in the United States or have been orphaned as a child and not subsequently adopted. Applicant must be accepted into or enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program at the undergraduate level.
