Applicant must have a minimum GPA of an "A" average, a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1300 (minimum composite ACT score of 29), and have an academic record of college-preparatory courses. On-campus competition is required.

Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.3 GPA and full-time enrollment.
