Applicant must rank in top tenth of class and have a minimum composite ACT score of 27 or combined SAT Reasoning score of 1220.

Renewable for up to fours year if recipient maintains full-time status, a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA, and completes 24 semester hours per year.
