Raymond T. Wellington, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be children, grandchildren or great grand-children of Armed Forces veterans who served in World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, the Vietnam War, Grenada/Lebanon, Panama, the Persian Gulf and War on Terrorism. Students must be high school seniors or high school graduates and must be U.S. citizens and New York State residents.
