Applicant must be a REALTOR member or Affiliate Member of SWMAR or be a spouse, child, or grandchild of a member of the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS or Affiliate Member of SWMAR. A minimum 3.0 GPA and one page essay describing a little about yourself and what you hope to accomplish with your education are required.
