Applicant must be transferring from any accredited college or university with a minimum of 18 semester hours and a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Award amounts vary depending on GPA: 3.0-3.25, $7,000; 3.26-3.50, $8,000; 3.51-3.75, $9,000; 3.75-4.0, $10,000.

Renewable if recipient makes satisfactory progress toward a degree.
