Applicant must rank in the top quarter of their high school class with a minimum composite ACT score of 25 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1130). Applicant must enroll as a full-time student at the university following high school.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and completes a minimum 24 semester hours per year at the University of Missouri--St. Louis.
