Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and 45 credits and must present evidence of exemplary involvement in civic and community service activities in the City of New Britain.

Applicant must be a high school senior, current college student, or non-traditional adult student who plans to attend or is currently attending an accredited community college, four-year college or university, or a technical/ vocational program in the United States. High school senior applicants must rank in the top third of their graduating class or have a minimum 2.5 GPA. College student applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. All applicants must be from any one of the 64 Connecticut towns served by the sponsor.
