Scholarships in High School Senior

Strom & Associates Need-Based Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: June 1

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Students must be enrolling as full-time students in the fall of 2017 at an accredited college or university, community college or law school. Applicants must complete the application and submit a PSA video. Proof of enrollment and financial need will be required of the recipient.

 

Nevo Driving Academy

Award: $1,500, Deadline: December 31

Applicants must be legal residents of the U.S. and between the ages of 16-25. Students must be graduating high school seniors enrolling in an accredited college or university or current undergraduate college or university students. Applicants must create a video for the Drive Safe initiative.

 

International Women in Media Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicants must be graduating seniors in high school or currently enrolled in a college or university. Students must be fluent in English. Applicants must register for an account on Everipedia and create a page dedicated to a female journalist.

 

Mac of All Trades

Award: -, Deadline: May 1

Applicants must be graduating seniors enrolling in an accredited U.S. college or university or be currently enrolled in an accredited institution. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Applicants must write an essay and provide transcripts and proof of enrollment.

 

Hornbuckle Law Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: May 31

Applicants must be graduating seniors in Idaho, Oregon or Washington who plan to attend a four-year college or two-year community college. Students must have a 3.5 grade point average and provide a transcript.

 

Impact Technology Recruiting

Award: $750, Deadline: August 1

Applicants must be graduating seniors or current college students who will be enrolled in a college or university in the following semester. Students must demonstrate dedication to impacting their community. Applicants must complete an essay.

 

Tailor Made Lawns Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 31

Applicants must be current North Carolina residents enrolling in an accredited college or university. Students must plan to pursue studies in environmental engineering, plant sciences, environmental sciences, green technology or related fields. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

 

QASymphony Software Testing Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: November 1

Applicants must be graduating seniors accepted into a college or university or current students at a post-secondary institution. Students must complete application and essay about the importance of software development or testing.

 

Zelus Recovery

Award: $1,000, Deadline: August 1

Applicants must be current students or enrolling in an accredited U.S. college, university or trade school. Students must submit an essay discussing how substance abuse has affected their lives. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
