Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien who is enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an engineering, science, or technology program leading to a certificate or associate or bachelors degree at an eligible institution of higher education. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Renewable if recipient maintains full-time status and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Recipient must agree to work in West Virginia in the field of engineering, science, and technology for one year for each year of the award, or repay the award.
