Applicant must be a Florida resident enrolled at a four-year college in the United States who has completed at least 12 credit hours of college courses. Required to create an innovative and educational video. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be currently enrolled at an accredited university in the United States and be a U.S. citizen with a valid green card. International students studying in the United States are eligible, but they must demonstrate their intention to stay in the country after graduation. Essay required.

Applicant must be a currently enrolled college student or high school senior in the United States. Required to "like" ComedyDriving.com's Facebook page and create a short video about a defensive driving topic.

Steve Duckett Local Conservation Scholarship

Applicant must be a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must be able to demonstrate a commitment to environmental conservation using past and present volunteer, professional, and educational experiences. A 500-word personal statement explaining the applicant's dedication to local conservation is required.

Thomas Soldan Healthy Communities Scholarship

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited institution in the United States with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must possess a proven record of interest in healthy communities through past and present volunteer, professional, or educational experiences. A 500-word statement identifying the applicant and his or her past and future dedication to healthy communities and sustainable initiatives is required.

Applicant must be a high school senior or undergraduate student with an interest in environmentalism. Minimum 3.3 GPA and 200 to 300-word essay on the following question are required: What does sustainability mean to you?

Award: $1,000, Deadline: October 31

Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada (residents of Maryland, Colorado, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and Province of Quebec are not eligible), who is at least 18 years old. Applicant must decorate and/or accessorize a Halloween themed pumpkin using Duck Tape brand duct tape and then upload a picture to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #StickorTreat and @theduckbrand.

 

Steven M. Sweat Annual College Scholarship Essay Competition

Applicant must be currently attending or planning to attend an accredited college in the United States in the near future. Apartments Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: November 16

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen, be enrolled full-time in an undergrad program or plan to be in the fall. The scholarship is offered twice a year with deadlines of April 15 and November 15. Students will need to submit a short essay describing how you have impacted your fellow student body or community, and also a intro to housing near your school including a description and pictures of the best areas for students to live.
