Investing in Pennsylvania's Future Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 15 (Priority)

Applicants must be low income, disadvantaged students who reside in the Pennsylvania counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Greene, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland.

 

Academic Affairs Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must demonstrate superior academic achievement and good moral character. Selection is based upon financial need.

 

Grady W. and Helen L. Magee Cooper Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Selection is based upon academic excellence.

 

Dr. and Mrs. Arthur William Phillips

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must have a minimum "B" average for at least 13 of the recommended college preparatory units required and must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1000 (composite ACT score of 22).

 

Dr. James E. Winner Jr. Family Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a dependent child of a Winner employee demonstrated by a Human Resources letter.

 

McKelvey Foundation Bronze Scholarship

Award: $4,000, Deadline: February 5

Applicant either must have graduated from high school at least one year prior to application date and were unable to go to college because of financial considerations or had to leave college because of financial considerations. Applicant must reside on campus in a double room and must complete 25 hours of community service each year. Applicant must apply for financial aid via FAFSA each year and apply for additional scholarships.
