Karafa Computer Science Management Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and academic merit. First preference will be for a deserving student athlete (basketball player).

 

Albert and Margaret Alkek Foundation Annual Scholarship

Award: $1,250, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and be able to demonstrate academic merit and financial need.

 

Rena and Allen Bellos Annual Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii, full-time undergraduate, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need.

 

Community College Scholarship

Award: $700, Deadline: February 1 (Priority)

Applicant must be enrolled at the University of Missouri at Columbia.

 

New Century Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 1

Letter of recommendation from the applicant's pastor or a Trinity Bible Coll alum required.

 

Presidential Achievement Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a resident of Idaho coming directly from high school with a minimum of 3.5 GPA or higher, a minimum 30-31 ACT score, and a 1340-1419 SAT score.

 

General Academic Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 15

Selection is based upon academic ability and activities.

 

UI Scholars Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a resident of Idaho graduating from high school with a minimum 32 ACT score, and a 1420 SAT 1 score.

 

Nutmeg Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a Connecticut high school senior with exceptional academic accomplishments, and be an outstanding student.

 

Day of Pride Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be an outstanding Connecticut high school senior from a disadvantaged background who has proven academic ability in high school grades, test scores, class rank, and letters of recommendation. Selection is based upon commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, demonstrated leadership, contributions to community, and demonstrated financial need.

 

Leadership Scholarship

Applicant must have demonstrated commitment to diversity and multicultural programs. Selection is based upon leadership, special talents, and achievements in school and community. Applicant must have minimum score of 1100 on the SAT and rank in the top 15 percent of their class.

 

Indian Student Conference Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be Native American and send a letter of interest and a letter of support from a faculty advisor to each member of the committee. Award is to fund student attendance at the Western History Association (WHA) annual conference.

 

Richard Goolsby Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Lancaster County, S.C.

 

Carolinas-Virginias Hardware Scholarship

Dean's Talent Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time student who ranks in the top quarter of their high school class and has a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score between 1580 and 1790. An audition or portfolio is required.

 

Provost Talent Scholarship

Award: $14,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a full-time student who ranks in top 15% of class and has a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1800. An audition or portfolio is required.

 

Boy Scout Eagle Award Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the recipient of a Boy Scout Eagle Award, and must be a full-time student who meets all the requirements for the Dean's Scholarship.

 

Girl Scout Gold Award Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the recipient of a Girl Scout Gold Award and be a full-time student who meets all the requirements for a Dean's Scholarship. FAFSA is required.

 

NNYVFA Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be the child or close relative of a paid member of a NNYVFA fire department. Applicant must have the recommendation of the chief of a paid NNYVFA fire department.
