Chih-Chun Chang Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be an international student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who is involved in community activity and has financial need.

 

Digital Media Endowed Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate majoring in animation, broadcast design and motion graphics, interactive design and game development, sound design or visual effects. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

 

Integrated Project Solutions Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate majoring in animation, broadcast design and motion graphics, interactive design and game development, sound design, or visual effects. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Peanuts on Parade Scholarship Fund

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 5

Applicant must be a current or former resident of Sonoma County who plans to or is currently majoring in cartooning and/or animation (graphic design may also qualify if branching out to cartooning). Preference will be given to students with some professional experience.

 

Warner Bros. Animation/Hanna-Barbera Honorships

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 3

Applicant must be a high school senior or current college student who plans to pursue a career in animation. Recipient will be given the opportunity to receive four consecutive, paid summer internships at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank while at college, beginning with the summer immediately following high school graduation. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

The Randy Pausch Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: June 30

Applicant must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate student or graduate student attending an accredited university in the U.S pursuing a degree related to the developing of interactive entertainment. Some examples include art, animation, programming, game design, and sound design majors. Minimum 3.3 GPA, two page letter, and two letters of recommendation required.
