Scholarships in Graphic Arts

Kirchhoff Family Fine Arts Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be attending a four-year public or nonprofit college or university in Oregon pursuing a degree in fine arts or graphic arts. FAFSA required. Preference to upper-division students, then to MFA students.

 

WestFest Scholarship

Award: $8,000, Deadline: March 30

Applicant must be a resident of Hampden County, MA pursuing a degree in the arts.

 

Creative Design Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is a graduating high school senior of a full-time college freshman, sophomore, or junior. Applicant must be a future graphic designer who creates a creative concept developed around Sunoco's high quality fuels for their retail POP.

 

Corporate Leadership Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: May 2

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student who is majoring in graphic arts, graphic communications, or printing at a GEF-funded college/university (schools listed on their website). Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Artistic Excellence in Print Design & Marketing Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: November 30

Applicant must be a current undergraduate or graduate majoring in graphic arts/design or a related field at an accredited college or university in the United States. Minimum 3.0 GPA and submission of a personal marketing package promoting the applicant are required.

 

William A. Leslie, Jr. Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicant must be a junior or senior at Furman University. Preference given to those majoring in advertising, communications, graphic arts, or publications.

 

Sidney L. Lowe Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicant must be a junior or senior student at Furman University pursuing a career in advertising either as a graphic artist or in advertising marketing. Portfolio required.

 

MVP Visuals Design Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: January 1

Applicants must be planning to attend or be current undergraduate students at a U.S. university and must major in graphic arts and design or applied arts. Students must create a digital visual design based on the University they are or will be attending.

 

Art & Design Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: November 15

Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are college students currently pursuing a major in Graphic Arts & Design or Applied Arts of any level. To apply, students must share and follow the scholarship on social media.

 

Vision Tech Camps Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: August 1

Applicants must be rising high school seniors or students currently attending college. Students must be pursuing or intend to seek a degree in a field related to technology - including computer science, computer engineering, sciences, engineering, graphic design, or a closely related field. Applicants may choose to include a written description or video of work done using technology.
