Modern Abstract Decor Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a graduating senior or current college student pursuing a degree in an arts program in the United States. Business plan between 500-1000 words required.

 

Vectorworks Design Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: July 30

Applicant must be pursuing a design-oriented degree full-time at an accredited college/university. Must create own design with software of choice.

 

Associate's Degree Scholarship in Art and Design

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be pursuing an Art and Design associate's degree. Selection is based on academic history, extracurricular activities, and employment history.

 

Skylights For Less $500 Annual Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: July 31

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who plans to enroll in an undergraduate program at an accredited college/university in the U.S with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Required to capture before and after effects of a skylight installation in a building, describe completed work in under 400 words, and write statement of college goals.

 

Legacy Scholarship for Undergraduates

Award: $4,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicant must be a junior or senior undergraduate student enrolled in an interior design program. Portfolio, personal statement, official transcripts, letter of recommendation, biographical statement, and headshot required.

 

Legacy Scholarship for Graduate Students

Award: $4,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicant must be a graduate student enrolled in an interior design program at a degree-granting institution. Essay, personal statement, official transcripts, letter of recommendation, biological statement, headshot, and up to three examples of design work required.

 

IFDA Leaders Commemorative Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 31

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at an accredited U.S. postsecondary institution. They must be majoring in interior design or a closely-related design subject and have completed four design courses at the time of application. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate leadership and volunteer experience. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Part-time Student Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 31

Applicants must be undergraduate students at an accredited U.S. postsecondary institution. They must be majoring in interior design or a related design subject, have completed four design courses at the time of application and be attending school on a part-time basis. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Tricia LeVangie Green/Sustainable Design Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 31

Applicants must be undergraduate students who are enrolled in an interior design or related furnishings design degree program at a U.S. postsecondary institution and have completed four design courses at the time of application. They must have a demonstrated interest in the green movement as it pertains to eco-friendly design and sustainability. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

IFDA Student Member Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students who are attending an accredited U.S. postsecondary institution. They must be majoring in interior design or a closely-related design subject and have completed a minimum of four design courses. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Kansas City IFMA Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 30

Applicants must be full-time undergraduates, full-time graduate students or part-time graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution located in Kansas or Missouri. They must be majoring in a subject that is related to facility management (such as business operations, construction science, interior design, environmental design, architecture or engineering). Selection is based on stated career goals, GPA, recommendations, extracurricular activities and applicant interview.

 

PAVE Student Design Competition

Applicants must be college undergraduate students in the area of retail design and planning, visual merchandising, interior design and branding programs. Students will create a design project based on the given information relating to Kroger stores. Application and project details are available online.

 

Aquant Annual Scholarship Program

Award: $500, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be enrolled in architecture or interior design coursework. Applicants must participate in one of the two projects listed on the website to apply, and selection will be based on innovation, creativity and originality.

 

Paul Arnold Memorial Scholarship

Award: $3,250, Deadline: January 13

Applicants must be?residents of?Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington and be high school seniors or college or graduate students (community college, four-year public or private college or university, certificate program, vocational/technical/trade programs, law school, medical/dental/veterinary school or graduate education). Students must be members of the?LGBTQ and allied community and display leadership either within the LGBTQ community or within their field of study and demonstrate financial need. Students with additional barriers to education as well as those who are?economically, racially, socially, geographically or politically disenfranchised will be given consideration as well.??Students should be studying interior, fashion or graphic design.

 

DL English Design PAVE Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled in a program working towards a degree in the retail design industry. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must be full-time students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours. Students must be studying within the following states: Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah or Washington.

 

MG2 Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program working towards a degree in interior design or architecture specifically for the retail industry. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must currently be taking at least 12 credit hours. Students must be U.S. citizens studying within the United States.

 

Bergmeyer Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 3

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program working towards a degree in interior design or architecture specifically for the retail industry. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must currently be taking at least 12 credit hours. Students must be in their second year or higher enrolled in an advanced degree program or an advanced specialty program.
