The Lillian & Samuel Sutton Education Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an Education major and a United States citizen enrolled in an accredited college in the United States. NAACP membership and participation is highly desirable. Undergraduate applicants must be full-time and must possess a GPA of 2.5 (C+). Graduate applicants may be full or part-time students and posess a GPA of 3.0 (B). Renewals will not be automatic. Paul Jennings Scholarship

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of an IUE-CWA member who is or has been a local union elected official. Applicant must be enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution.

 

James B. Carey Scholarship

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of an IUE-CWA member who will enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution.

 

David J. Fitzmaurice Scholarship

Provost Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time student, rank in top 15% of class, and have a minimum combined SAT score of 1800. FAFSA is required.

 

Dean's Award

Award: $11,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a full-time student, rank in the top quarter of their of high school class, and have a minimum combined SAT score between 1580 and 1790.

 

Scholarship for Transfer Students

Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 transfer GPA.

Applicant must have at least one parent who is Native American or Native Alaskan, Asian or Pacific Islander, African-American, or Hispanic. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is planning to enroll as a full-time student. Ethnic origin must be reported on the application for admission.

 

Bishop Quayle Award

Selection is based upon a minimum 2.0 GPA, academic merit, and membership in a participating church. University matches church contribution up to $600 per year.

Baseball Performance Grant

Applicant must be offered an athletic performance grant contract by the head coach, be approved by the athletic director, participate in the sport, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be a full-time student. FAFSA is required.
