Young Female Leaders in Science Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a female high school senior who is currently attending a high school in the Deer Valley Unified School District in Arizona. Applicant must have goals to major in a field of science at a two- or four-year institution, excluding vocational-technical schools. Selection based upon academic merit and financial need, along with community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

General Scholarship Program

Award: $3,000, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must have gone to a high school in Cochise, Pima, or Santa Cruz Counties, or a high school in Yuma, Pinal, Graham, and Greenlee Counties that are south of the Gila River. Full-time status and minimum 2.5 GPA required. Minimum amount awarded to recipients attending two-year institutions; maximum award amount to recipients attending four-year institutions.

 

George W. Von Tobel College Aid Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Nevada High School who completed at least two years at Von Tobel Middle School. Minimum 2.0 GPA required. Award amount based on GPA.

 

Provost Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state resident with a minimum 3.75 GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1400 (composite ACT score of 32).

 

Academic Council Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 27).

 

Academic Achievement Scholarship

Award: $7,500, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state resident with a minimum 2.0 GPA and minimum SAT Reasoning score of 1150 (composite ACT score of 25).

Award: $20,000, Deadline: February 28

Applicant must be a current or future college student/graduate with outstanding loans in any area of study. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and register with GotChosen.com in ordered to be entered into the random drawing. Selection not based upon GPA, essay, or financial need. Award required to be used for educational expenses.

 

Brad's Deals Scholarship Competition

Award: $2,000, Deadline: June 15

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and high school senior or undergraduate student who is 18 years of age or older. Minimum 3.0 GPA and essay required. Not open to residents of Rhode Island or Tennessee.

 

PIMA Community College Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 31

Applicant must be a woman at least 25 years old who has been out of school and is returning to college. Must be enrolled at Pima Community College with at least six credits (full-time preferred). Minimum 2.5 GPA, two letters of recommendation, and a 300 word essay required. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

President's Non-Resident Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is not a resident of Utah. Applicant is automatically considered with application for admission.

 

Founders' Non-Resident Scholarship

Camp Verde Healing Arts Scholarship

Applicant must be a Camp Verde High School senior or undergraduate student who is planning to pursue a career as a doctor of veterinary science or medical doctor at one of the three Arizona public universities. Financial need, excellent college admission scores, high motivation, and community involvement must be demonstrated. Minimum 3.35 GPA required.

 

Tostitos Cesar Chavez Latino Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming or continuing full-time undergraduate student of Latino descent at an Arizona education institution. Academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, community service and financial need must be demonstrated. Minimum 3.0 GPA, essay, two letters of recommendation, transcript, and Student Aid Report required.

College Scholarship

Applicant must be enrolled at an accredited high school, college, or university in Arizona and have a minimum 2.8 GPA. Transcript, proof of enrollment, and essay between 500 and 750 words required. Resume is optional.

 

William Aaron Scholarship Program

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 14

Applicant must be a resident of Arizona who is a full-time student enrolled in the mortuary program at Mesa Community College. Minimum 2.8 GPA and essay on why you want to be a funeral director are required.

 

BLET Auxiliary Scholarships

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicants must be the children of both a BLET Auxiliary and BLET member (living or deceased) and enrolled or accepted by an accredited university, college or institute of higher learning. If the applicant is a graduate student or returning to school as a sophomore, junior or senior, he or she must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based on academic record, leadership, character and personal achievement.

 

Arizona Chapter MOAA ROTC Scholarships
