Applicants must be undergraduate juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited degree program in engineering at a Florida university. They must have a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and must have plans to pursue a career in construction. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Dr. Robert W. Sims Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and residents of Florida. They must be enrolled in or plan to enroll in a postsecondary degree program in computer science, information technology or a related subject at an accredited school in Florida. They must be full-time students and must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

James F. Davis Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be rising freshmen or undergraduates at an accredited postsecondary institution located in Florida. They must be full-time students who are enrolled in or who are planning to enroll in a degree program in horticulture or a related subject. They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Roy W. Likins Scholarship

Award: $25,000, Deadline: May 15

Applicants must be undergraduate upperclassmen or graduate students who are enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution located in Florida. They must be majoring in a subject that is related to the drinking water industry and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Previous recipients of this award are ineligible. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, character and stated career goals.

 

Sister Helen Marie Pellicer Scholarship

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, Florida residents and undergraduate upperclassmen who are majoring in dietetics. They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a four-point scale. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

NACE Eastern Area Scholarship

Applicants must be a permanent resident of the United States and be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate in an accredited engineering or physical science degree program at a two or four-year college or university. Access to Better Learning and Education Grant Program

Applicants must be Florida residents for at least a year and first-time undergraduate students enrolled in degree programs (except theology or divinity degrees). Applicants must meet Florida's general state aid eligibility requirements and enroll in at least 12 credit hours per semester. Award renewable for up to nine semesters. Participating institutions determine application procedures, deadlines and student eligibility. Award amount determined by the Legislature in the General Appropriation Act each year.

Florida Student Assistance Grant Program

There are three student financial aid programs: The Florida Public Student Assistance Grant is for students who attend state universities and public community colleges. The Florida Private Student Assistance Grant is for students who attend eligible private, non-profit, four-year colleges and universities. The Florida Postsecondary Student Assistance Grant is for students who attend eligible degree-granting private colleges and universities that are ineligible under the Florida Private Student Assistance Grant. High school students in the top 20 percent of their classes receive priority funding.
