Applicant must be an incoming freshman who is not a resident of Arkansas. Minimum 3.0 GPA required; 24 transfer hours and minimum 3.25 GPA required of transfer students.

 

Out-of-State Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: June 1 (Priority)

Applicant must be an incoming freshman who is not a resident of Virginia.

 

Gold Scholarship

Award: $8,500, Deadline: March 15 (Priority)

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who does not reside in Delaware. Selection based upon outstanding academic achievement.

 

Silver Scholarship

Award: $6,500, Deadline: March 15 (Priority)

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is not a resident of Delaware. Selection based upon above average academic achievement.

 

Out of State Access Grant

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student who is not a resident of Florida.

 

Latina Leadership Partner Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a full-time, first-year or transfer Lehigh Valley Latina student. Selection based upon academic excellence and leadership.

 

Larry Bolden Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Pittsburgh, PA high school.

 

Provost Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state resident with a minimum 3.75 GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1400 (composite ACT score of 32).

 

Academic Council Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 27).

 

Academic Achievement Scholarship

Award: $7,500, Deadline: November 15 (Early Action admissions deadline)

Applicant must be an out-of-state resident with a minimum 2.0 GPA and minimum SAT Reasoning score of 1150 (composite ACT score of 25).

 

HCEF Higher Education Scholarship

Applicant must be a high school sophomore, junior, or senior from Allegheny County, PA, who is under the age of 21 and has experienced homelessness at some point in their life.

Applicant must be a current or future college student/graduate with outstanding loans in any area of study. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and register with GotChosen.com in ordered to be entered into the random drawing. Selection not based upon GPA, essay, or financial need. Award required to be used for educational expenses.

 

Young Christian Leaders Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: 15th of each month

Applicant must be a high school senior or full-time current college student who is a permanent resident of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut and is an active member of their local church (college students who attend school away from their home will be evaluated on an individual basis). Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Awarded on a monthly basis with a deadline of the 15th of each month.

 

Brad's Deals Scholarship Competition

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and high school senior or undergraduate student who is 18 years of age or older. Minimum 3.0 GPA and essay required. Not open to residents of Rhode Island or Tennessee.

Mervyn Sluizer, Jr. Scholarship

Applicant must be an active Boy Scouts of America member for at least five years and attained the rank of Eagle. Must be a high school senior who resides in one of the following counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey. Leadership as a scout for at least one year must be demonstrated.

 

Levy Scholars Program Scholarship

Dunkin Donuts Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program

Applicant must be a high school senior who plans to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming 2016-16 academic year. Applicant must reside in Kent or New Castle counties, DE; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Salem or Warren counties, NJ; Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia counties, PA.

 

You've Got a Friend in Pennsylvania Scholarship

Applicants must have an amateur radio license in General Class or higher and an active American Radio Relay League membership. Applicants must have an "A" or equivalent GPA.

 

Jimmy Rane Foundation Scholarships

Applicants must be high school seniors or college freshmen or sophomores who are residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 for high school seniors or 2.75 for college students. Selection is based on academic excellence, community involvement, leadership skills, awards and honors and financial need.

 

Pennsylvania Knights Templar Educational Foundation Scholarships

Applicants must be working toward a two- or four-year college degree, graduate degree or trade school education. This award is open to students regardless of financial circumstances, Masonic ties, age, race or religion.

 

Commonwealth "Good Citizen" Scholarships

Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to community service and creativity in shaping volunteer activities. They must be full-time current or upcoming undergraduate students at an AICUP member college or university. A two-page essay is required.

 

Buddy Pelletier Surfing Foundation Scholarship

Applicants must be members of the East Coast surfing community. Rising high school seniors, current undergraduate college students and returning students may apply regardless of age. Two letters of recommendation and a 500-word essay are required. Previous applicants and winners may reapply each year.

 

Independence Excavating, A DiGeronimo Company Scholarship

Applicants must be U.S. citizens. They must be in at least the second year of study in a two-year, four-year or five-year undergraduate degree program that is related to construction. They must be enrolled at a postsecondary institution located in West Virginia, Pennsylvania or Ohio and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Applicants must have plans to work in the construction industry. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Pennsylvania Business Education Association Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled in a business teacher education program at a postsecondary institution located in Pennsylvania. They must be pursuing an undergraduate degree, master's degree or teaching certificate in the subject. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

 

Pennsylvania State Bowling Association Scholarship Program

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 15

Students must be a graduating senior or have recently graduated with the intent to begin collegiate studies. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Selection is based on academic achievements, involvement in bowling and non-bowling activities and financial need.

 

Lou Manzione Scholarship

Applicants must be a high school senior in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware and registered with USA Hockey. Selection is based on the personal essay, scholastic achievement, the coach and teacher recommendations and extracurricular activities.
