Applicants must be high school seniors or otherwise eligible for graduation in the school year of application or current college students. They must plan to enroll in college full-time the following academic year. Applicants must be residents of the United States, including APO/FPO addresses but excluding Puerto Rico. Employees of Church Hill Classics and affiliated companies, their family members and individuals living in the same household are not eligible. A photograph, collage, poem, drawing, painting, graphic design piece, short typed explanation or other creative entry is required to demonstrate what the applicants want to achieve in their personal and professional life after college.

Applicants must be rising undergraduate juniors or seniors who are enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering degree program. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Applicants cannot be receiving full academic funding from another source, and they cannot be receiving another renewable SWE scholarship at the time of award disbursement. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students nominated by a faculty member who is also a member of the ACI. Students must be studying engineering, construction management or another relevant field. Applicants may live anywhere in the world, but actual study must take place in the U.S. or Canada. Finalists for a fellowship must attend an ACI convention for an interview. In addition to the monetary award, the scholarship also includes conference fees, mentoring and a potential internship.

Applicants who are registered nurses must have a current license to practice as an RN, have more than a high school diploma and be currently enrolled in an undergraduate nursing degree program in a school of nursing recognized by the National League for Nursing or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Applicants who are not registered nurses must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate nursing degree program in a school of nursing recognized by the National League for Nursing or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Non-RN applicants must be in the nursing component of the program and must have an interest in and commitment to oncology nursing. At least one Bachelor Scholarship is available to a non-RN applicant living in Ohio and West Virginia. There is a $5 application fee.

Applicant must have minimum 2.0 GPA.
