Applicant must be a resident of Broward County for at least a year prior to application date. Selection is based upon academic standing, financial need, sound character, integrity, and achievement in undergraduate extracurricular activities.

Applicant must have completed one year of law school and have demonstrated interest in public service and high ethical standards of the profession. Law GPA in the top 25% required.
