Frederick Burkhardt Residential Fellowship for Recently Tenured Students

Award: $75,000, Deadline: October 2

Applicant must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Award is intended to support an academic year of residence at any national residential research centers. Program encourages exchanges across disciplinary lines that can be especially helpful to deepening and expanding the significance of projects in the humanities and related social sciences. Littleton-Griswold Research Grant

Applicant must be a member of the American Historical Association. Preference will be given to doctoral students, non-tenured faculty, and unaffiliated scholars and those with specific research needs, such as the completion of a project or completion of a discrete segment thereof.
