Must be a current high school senior to participate. Contest is based on duck calling and will take place on the Main Street Stage beside the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce in Arkansas on November 28.

Applicants must be high school students under the age of 20 who are U.S. citizens or legal residents and residents of the state. Students first give an oration within their state and winners compete at the national level. The oration must be related to the Constitution of the United States focusing on the duties and obligations citizens have to the government. It must be in English and be between eight and ten minutes. There is also an assigned topic which is posted on the website, and it should be between three and five minutes.

Applicants must have been registered on a Dixie Youth Baseball team participating in a franchised Dixie Youth Baseball Inc. league prior to reaching age thirteen. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic record and citizenship. Programs are located in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

Applicants must plan to pursue undergraduate studies at a college or university. An application, financial statement, two recommendation letters, proof of baseball participation, transcript and essay are required. Selection is based on class rankings, strong school and community leadership and financial need. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 for high school seniors or 2.75 for college students. Students must be a resident of Arkansas and be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate program at a postsecondary education institution in Arkansas with at least a half-time schedule. Applicants must be a high school senior or current college student.

Applicants must be Arkansas residents who are high school seniors or undergraduate or graduate-level college students. They must have a GPA of 2.5 or above and must be planning to pursue a career in natural resources conservation. They cannot have received full scholarship or grant funding from another source. Selection is based on the standardized scoring of each application as a whole.

Applicants must be high school seniors who live in an area where a sponsoring MFA agency is located. They must have plans to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university no later than September 1 of the application year. Selection is based on character, extracurricular activities and financial need.

Students must be high school seniors and currently bowling in a USBC Certified Youth League. Students must reside in a Southern Bowling Congress member state which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. Applicants must have bowled in a USBC Certified Youth League three of four years in high school and have bowled 75 percent of the league schedule. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and achieved an ACT composite score of 20 or SAT composite score of 1410.

Applicants must be senior cheerleaders who will be competing in the Cheer Classics put on by the Arkansas Cheer Coaches Association. Selection is based on the two-page essay, community service and three letters of recommendation.

Students must be interested in pursuing a career in public health. Selection is based on GPA, professional public health goals, previous involvement in the health care field and financial need.
