Applicants must be spouses or children of persons who died or became disabled as a result of a compensable work-related accident or illness or persons whose injuries qualify them for lifetime income benefits (LIBs) pursuant to the Texas Workers? Compensation Act. Children must be unmarried and age 25 or younger. Spouses must not have remarried if the worker is deceased and must still be eligible for workers' compensation benefits.

Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates who are enrolled or plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited institution. One parent must be a regular full-time or permanent part-time UPS employee who has resided in Florida for at least twelve months. They must have been employed at UPS at least one year and must be employed there when the awards are announced. Children of UPS retirees and deceased UPS workers are also eligible. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

 

Arizona Network of Executive Women in Hospitality Scholarship Awards

ISF National Scholarship Program

Applicants must be accepted by or attend a top-ranked four-year college or university for undergraduate or graduate studies. They must be practicing Muslims and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. They must have college junior standing or higher and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants should be active members of their communities. Selection is based on academic record, school and extracurricular activities, extenuating circumstances and a personal interview.

Applicants must attend or plan to attend Hanover College. They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. The scholarship is renewable each year a 2.0 GPA is maintained.

 

Art Scholarships

Applicants must attend Hanover College. They may or may not be studio art majors. Scholarships are awarded for participation in one studio art course and one community art service project each year. Applicants must submit a portfolio and be prepared to discuss their work.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens who have been residents of Bedford County, Virginia for at least the past two years. They must be pursuing higher education in order to re-enter the job market, to become economically self-sufficient or to advance their current careers. Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation College Scholarship Program

Applicants must be the dependent children of active police officers on duty in the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding children of sheriff's deputies and federal officers. They must be working towards their first undergraduate degree and be currently accepted or enrolled as a full-time student at a college or university. Selection is based upon financial need, academic success, 500-word essay and achievements in the community.
