Applicant must be a resident of Kansas or Missouri who plans to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study towards a bachelor's degree or be a non-resident of either state who plans to enroll as a full-time student in a four-year bachelor's program at a Kansas or Missouri accredited university or college. Minimum 3.3 GPA and minimum SAT Reasoning score (including writing) of 1680 (or ACT score of 24) required Superscoring is allowed. Selection based upon demonstrated entrepreneurial success/accomplishments, academic record, extracurricular activity, and anticipated future potential.

Applicant must be currently seeking a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree as a full-time student at an AACN member institution in the field of nursing. Special consideration will be given to students in a graduate program with the goal of becoming a nurse educator; students completing an R.N.-to-B.S.N or R.N.-to-M.S.N. program; and those enrolled in an accelerated program. Minimum 3.0 GPA, online application, and brief essay (250 word maximum) on goals and aspirations as they relate to education, career, and future plans required.

Applicants pursuing degrees in environmental protection, forestry, wildlife and fisheries, biology, parks and recreation, park management, environmental law and public policy, environmental art, and California history are encouraged to apply.
