Applicant must be seeking a technician degree at a college or university with plans to work in the plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical service industry.

 

Legacy Foundation Technician Level Scholarships

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be working on a technical degree, either at a technical college or through an apprenticeship program and planning to work in the plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical service industry.

 

Jill Reed Women in the Trades

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a woman who is planning to work in a plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical service business, with a preference given to applicants who will be helping with marketing in this industry. Applicants working in other business management positions such as accounting, business management, human resources, etc. will also be considered.

 

AC Pro/Troops to Trades Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a Troops to Trades veteran who is involved in a HVAC technical training program.

 

Nexstar Legacy Foundation Management Level Scholarships

Applicant must be planning to run or work in management at a plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical service business.

 

Bev Sellers Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior student who is enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in vocal music (performance, education/pedagogy, or therapy). Essay, three letters of recommendation, official transcript, list of musical activities, and a list of extra-curricular activities required.

 

Wayne V. Black Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student in good academic standing at an accredited college or university in the U.S. Must be majoring in computer science, engineering, engineering technology, information technology, political science, pre-law, or telecommunications. Biography, essay, copy of transcripts, and references required.

 

Google SVA Scholarship

Applicant must be a currently enrolled full-time veteran or active duty undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in computer engineering or computer science. Resume, copy of current transcripts, two letters of reference, three essays, and DD 214 or Active Duty orders and Memorandum of Understanding from commanding officer required.

 

Raytheon Patriot Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. Army Veteran who is a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate or graduate student at a four-year college or university. Resume, three essays, DD214, transcript, and one letter of reference required.

 

PanHellenic Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: January 31

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student of Hellenic descent from the United States. Minimum 3.5 GPA, two character reference letters, two letters of recommendation, transcripts, and an essay between 1,000 and 1,250 words required.

 

Doc Cohen Franchising Scholarship

Award: $4,500, Deadline: October 31

Applicant must be a college student majoring in business, entrepreneurship, finance, food service, franchising, hospitality, or marketing. Essay and two reference letters required.

 

ICMA-RC Vantagepoint Public Employee Memorial Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a child or spouse of a local or state government employee who has died in the line of duty. Must currently attend or planning to attend school full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational school.

 

EdU Scholarship Award

Award: $2,500, Deadline: Monthly

Applicant must be a new or current college student enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university, or be planning to attend college within one calendar year. Applicant must answer a trivia question in order to be entered.

Fashion Designers Scholarship

Applicant must be a student at an accredited U.S. college, university, or trade school. Required to create five exceptional and clear fashion designs for a new The Kewl Shop range of branded apparel.

 

James F. Reville Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time college student who is training in a field related to intellectual and other developmental disabilities in the state of New York. Must be actively involved in serving individuals who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Submission letter signed by the president of the local Chapter's Board of Directors and letter of recommendation from previous work or volunteer work required.

 

Maritime Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 13

Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a maritime major at a four-year accredited U.S. university. Minimum 2.5 GPA, essay, current transcript, two letters of recommendation, and financial need required.

 

Digital Third Coast's Digital Marketing Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a student currently enrolled at a two or four-year accredited college or university majoring in advertising, marketing, or public relations. Minimum 2.5 GPA, photo, and essay required.

 

Gary Yoshimura Scholarship

Award: $2,400, Deadline: January 26

Applicant must be a PRSSA member who is pursuing a degree in public relations. Minimum 3.0 GPA, letter of recommendation, and essay required. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

MassMutual Scholars

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is entering their sophomore, junior, senior, or 5th-year senior year in pursuit of an undergraduate degree at any accredited college or university. Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in the insurance and financial services industry as well as leadership and participation in extracurricular activities. Aspiring Writer Scholarship

Applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate study at a 4th District Institution majoring in advertising, art, communications, graphic arts, marketing, or public relations. LGMD Awareness Scholarship

Applicant must be between the ages of 17 and 30 who is a high school or college student at an accredited U.S. institution. Selection based on academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and leadership experience as well as ability to teach friends, family, and acquaintances about LGMD to help spread awareness.

 

Worldstudio AIGA Scholarship
